The instrument adopts the international fashion heat flow plan and thermal resistance coefficient of thermal conductivity detection method, match the computer to realize automatic detection and generate the experiment report. Instruments used in sample a join stable hot surface temperature, heat through the sample transfer to the grim (room temperature), measurement of the transfer heat flow to calculate the coefficient of thermal conductivity and heat resistance.
This test method is simple, convenient, quick, repeatability. So it is suitable to profile metal materials heat transfer of research and development. Can also be used in geotechnical, plastic, rubber, glass, graphite, heat preservation material test, widely used in universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, mines.
The instrument is the reference standard GB/T10295-2008 (adiabatic material thermal resistance and steady-state related properties of determination of heat flow plan method) and ASTM C518-the heat flow plan with determination of steady heat flux and heat transfer characteristics of the test method.
