DRE-2 C coefficient of thermal conductivity tester (transient plane heat source method)

DRE-2 C coefficient of thermal conductivity test instrument used transient plane heat source method, the main measure solid, powder, coating, thin films, anisotropic material coefficient of thermal conductivity, the temperature coefficient (thermal diffusion coefficient) and specific heat. This instrument based on TPS transient plane heat source technology, with Hot Disk as a probe of the coefficient of thermal conductivity detector. Hot Disk the advantages of law are: (1) direct measurement of heat transmission, can save a lot of time; (2) won't and static method have been as the influence of thermal contact resistance; (3) need not special sample preparation, only relatively flat surface samples.

The main technical indexes:

1, the thermal conductivity determination scope: 0.01-100 W/mk

2, the measuring time: 1-600 seconds

3 and accuracy is higher than 5%.

4, temperature range: standard measurement: the room temperature, (according to customer's requirements of selecting and the temperature period of testing temperature, cost extra: such as-20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃)

5, sample size: more than 5 mm high, more than 15 mm in diameter relatively flat surface samples
